Salon Policies

At Wax It London, the comfort and well-being of our clients are of the utmost importance. That’s why we have put certain policies in place to ensure we can provide consistently high service.

COVID-19 Precautions

It is our responsibility to provide a safe and healthy environment for anyone who walks through our doors. Our hygiene policy already includes:

  • No towels 
  • Disposable gloves between each client 
  • No double dipping spatulas 
  • Disposable sheets on waxing table
  • Disinfecting waxing table between each client

We will be taking further measures for your safety:

  • Extend appointment duration ( allowing time for through disinfecting and ventilation of salon).
  • service one person at a time (only therapist and 1 client in the salon at a time).
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment worn by therapist at all times.
  • encourage contact-less  payments.
  • your appointment will be rescheduled in case of self isolating  


We understand that plans change. However, no-shows can significantly hurt our business, preventing us from the valuable opportunity to interact with other customers, reducing productivity and affecting our technicians, as well as our other clients. If you are a no-show for your waxing appointment, the next time you schedule an appointment with us, we might require a pre-payment. If you are a no-show to the next one too, unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund you. If your plans do change, just give us a ring and we’ll be happy to reschedule!


Being late for your waxing appointment means we either have to cut your session short or we need to make the next client wait. We are really serious about honouring our time commitments and we want to make sure our clients get the most out of their waxing appointments! We do have a grace period of 5 minutes but if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we, unfortunately, won’t be able to take you in.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling need to be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise you will be marked as a no-show.
Prepaid bookings are non-refundable 24hrs post booking. These appointments can be rescheduled only.
